As a Digital Recruiter, you will play an essential role in finding and attracting extraordinary talent. You will be responsible for the full hiring life cycle which includes turning profile requirements into effective sourcing strategies, using an appropriate combination of direct sourcing and referrals, and attracting and developing candidate interest. You will then work hand-in-hand with candidates and internal clients guiding them through our hiring process. As a subject matter expert, you will develop and share best practices and work with the Chief Digital Officer and other recruiters to coordinate ongoing activities and events.
Essentially, you can build your platform with verticals that extend out to various networks that lead to productive relationships with the digital communities to further enhance the company’s digital presence in market place.
