The primary responsibility of the Technical Support / Collections (Night shift) position is taking care of customers via phone, email, live support, and trouble tickets, which encompasses customer service and all billing issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming phone calls, e-mails, and live support requests
  • Update/Change account info
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries
  • Perform follow-up and collections on customer accounts
  • Process billing, collections, and reporting
Shift:
  • Night Shift --> 6pm-6am each day with days spanning Wednesday through Friday & Saturday, alternating weeks
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in Help Desk Support role for a high tech company is ideal
  • Customer Service, Collections, or Accounts Receivable
  • Great phone and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and able to learn other software systems
  • Able to work well both with groups and independently
  • Able to communicate both verbally and written
  • Able to multitask
  • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
