Our client, a boutique CPA Firm located in Dallas specializing in accounting, tax and advisory services to entrepreneurs, private businesses, professionals and family office organizations, seeks to add an Office Manager/Client Services Associate.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Office managerial and administrative duties including but not limited to A/P, A/R, billing, vendor management, building management/maintenance, and ordering office supplies, etc.
  • HR functions including maintaining employee handbook
  • Additionally, will provide family office services to select clients, including processing client receipts, disbursements and account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  • 6 - 10 + years’ experience in a small business, small CPA firm, or family office environment with relevant exposure to accounting, finance, and administrative responsibilities.
  • Professional and presentable individual who can be trusted to exercise maturity, judgment and discretion at all times.  Requires an ability to effectively interface with clients and coworkers while simultaneously performing multiple tasks with accuracy and attentiveness to detail.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.  High school graduates with college credit and/or relevant work experience will be considered.

Requires functional competence with the following:
  • QuickBooks
  • Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
