Our client (The Company) is seeking a Client Operations Onsite Associate for a project at their North Dallas Client's offices ("The Client"/"Servicer"). The position will initially be a full-time contract position with potential to go permanent.
Position Summary:
The Client Operations Onsite Associate will initially be responsible for assisting servicing companies (“The Client”) and/or third party Real Estate Owned (REO) outsourcing firms in review of the liquidation of the Bank’s acquired properties via live/online nationwide real estate auctions in an effort to identify and reconcile assets sold, but not yet paid to "The Company". The position provides administrative support and will coordinate the consistency of data between the client and Company’s systems. Perform duties in accordance with the Client's policies and procedures with adherence to state and federal guidelines.
  • Partners with the client to establish positive ongoing relationships
  • System integration and reconciliation between Servicer and Auction.
  • Provide client specific data research, reporting and analysis utilizing MS Excel, Access and other software systems
  • Works directly with client to handle servicer tasks, offer write-ups, valuation needs, provide any assistance with auction support, contracting and closing.
  • Assist with any additional tasks direct from Client and/or Client Management Team.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Computer proficiency related to MS Office, MS Excel (advanced) and MS Word.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with organizational and follow-through abilities.
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
  • Service and goal oriented.
  • Able to work collectively with the department and interdepartmental teams.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Understanding of industry concepts preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
  • Must perform well in fast-paced environment on time-driven tasks.
  • Bachelor’s or associates degree with a concentration in business, real estate or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
