The Billing Manager will manage two teams handling all aspects of billing and Client Shared Service Center mail processes. 

  • Recommend appropriate staffing mix/roles/skillsets as well as design onboarding and training program for Billing & Mail departments
  • Establish annual team goals and manage attendance & performance of staff in Billing & Mail, including hiring, training, performance reviews, disciplinary action, and separation
  • Assist Billing team in all aspects of billing processes
  • Assist Mail team in all aspects of Client Shared Service Center mail processes
  • Handle escalated issues or requests from leadership at the Client Shared Services Center and/or Branch
  • Maintain Department Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports as required and analyze trends
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years’ billing or accounting operations experience
  • 1+ years’ management / supervisory experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience in customer service preferred
  • Experience working in an Accounting Shared Services Center environment preferred but not required
