-Manage the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing and administrative components involved in making a hire, including assuring references, drug screen and background checks are completed on all candidates who have accepted positions
-Develop and track a pipeline of candidates and manage candidate flow throughout the process
-Identify when there is a need to execute appropriate sourcing strategies defined by the business need, to include all internal and external resources available
-Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong working relationships with hiring managers, external relationships, and other internal recruiting partners
-Provide Taleo, People Answers, and other technical training for hiring managers as needed. Manage multiple site recruiting efforts.
