CRG has an opportunity for a Financial / Investment Analyst with rapidly growing real estate company in north Dallas. This position is charged with conducting financial modeling for potential acquisition targets. In addition, the role will handle all of the analytical and transactional aspects of real estate including market research, due diligence, financing, structuring, negotiating and closing. This is a great opportunity for someone with a year or two of investment banking, strategy transactions experience or even a recent graduate looking to join an exciting, fast growing company with a tremendous amount of upside.
Candidates must have outstanding academic record and related experience through internships or initial work experience. Additional responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct cash flow analysis, return-on-investment analysis, and financial projections for key investments
- Prepare accurate, detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the Asset Management team
- Analyze key metrics
- Prepare board materials for quarterly board meetings
- Gather property and market due diligence data
- Communicate analysis insights to senior management
- Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (engineering, finance, economics, mathematics, etc.)
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience
- Proficiency working with complex Excel-based models
- Investigative and analytical curiosity and a desire to succeed
- Solid analytical skills, detail-oriented with the ability to collect, compile, and interpret data
