CRG is partnering with our client to hire an innovative team player to join their team as a Compensation Manager. This individual will provide expertise for the Compensation programs as well as provide expertise across compensation planning and administration, with a specific focus on sales commissions.
5+ years’ experience in compensation required
Experience in finance or accounting preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of compensation process and strategy
Demonstrated knowledge of HR Systems
Proven ability to influence decision-making through detailed analysis, innovative recommendations, and demonstration of expertise
Ability to look at things from a strategic lens and the ability to translate them to HR processes and positive business impact.
Proven ability to think strategically and tactically while also managing details
Strong communication and relationship building skills to influence change and decision making.
Ability to take and provide feedback from both stakeholders and direct reports
Results-oriented with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Working knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Experience in global software or high tech desired
