Sales/Revenue Enablement Research Manager Hybrid Opportunity in Dallas! Our client, a growing business advisory firm based in Dallas with multiple offices across the country seeks to add a Research Manager to its expanding Sales Enablement team. The Research Manager is responsible for sourcing and providing relevant research to meet the firm’s sales and delivery needs. The successful candidate will have proven research acumen that allows the Manager to provide both data and insights gained through the tools used and a deep understanding of both the restructuring and advisory segments of our client’s business. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to requests from client-facing leaders with valuable custom research, insights, and analytics that contribute to our ability to meet and exceed client expectations.
Support watchlist development and monitoring to alert teams when events or financial statement triggers are met that create opportunities to sell our services.
Work to automate research efforts and the development of standard tear sheets and research decks.
Help shape the firm’s research function as we continue to scale the firm and mature how we apply research to our sell and deliver efforts.
Manage a sales ops analyst, and a growing team as we continue to build the function.
Take ownership of the firm’s research tools to ensure the portfolio is cost efficient and effective.
Work with marketing and business development to create pitch-specific research and collateral for pursuits.
Assist internal clients on referral source analysis and ad hoc research.
Create recurring in-depth industry spotlights that can be used for internal and external thought leadership purposes.
Perform special projects and other duties to support the business, proactively and as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Business or related field); master's degree is a plus
Minimum 5 years of relevant research experience; research roles at professional services firms is a plus
Mastery of Microsoft Office Products and Salesforce
Familiarity with research tools such as Capital IQ, Bloomberg, or Pitchbook is a must
