  • Knowledgeable in administrative office procedures and systems

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative and clerical support duties for office, management team and project manager
  • Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings, agendas, materials, catering
  • Create and maintain various filing systems
  • Assist in preparation of reports and phone directory
  • Daily oversight of office organization and operational maintenance
  • Monitor and schedule service with various vendors
  • Manage computer equipment software inventory system
  • Oversee check-out and return of computer equipment and proper maintenance
  • Set up computer stations for employees
  • Order supplies and organize storage
  • Backup for ordering of FedEx and UPS supplies
  • Review vendor invoices for accuracy
  • Oversee office janitorial service
  • Monitor and update registration processes
  • Register for conferences and travel plans
  • Provide branded marketing supplies for clients and sponsorship events
  • Monitor employees’ birthdays, weddings, etc. and acknowledgements
  • Schedule hotel accommodations
  • Assist with general overflow of office activities and projects
