Workday Analyst

Dallas, Texas

The Workday Analyst will provide support for the human resource information systems (HRIS), which may include, but not limited to, payroll software, employee records, and timekeeping software. This position will be responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including maintaining HR data, ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency. This position will also be responsible for compensation analysis and annual merit and incentive cycle support.
As a HR Team Member, You Will:
  • Maintain and administer the HRIS (Workday) and other systems supporting the HR function
  • Perform mass data cleanup and auditing to ensure data integrity, data entry, adds, changes, and overall system maintenance
  • Generate reports for various business needs
  • Participate in cross-functional projects
  • Recommend policies on reporting standards and offer technical solutions to gain process efficiency and improve data integrity
  • Provide end user training on reporting tools
  • Utilize external and internal data to create analysis, tools, frameworks for compensation strategy as set by compensation leader

Your Experience Includes:
  • Workday experience is required
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence platforms
  • Proficient working knowledge of computerized applications such as word processing, spreadsheet, database, presentation software, email, and specialized business applications software

  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service in fast-paced environments, read and interpret complex reports and documents, and assimilate and interpret various sources of data while providing recommendations to executive management and making decisions to solve highly complex problems from start to finish
