Our client is a leading provider of asset management and other services to companies within the hospitality industry and has a very successful track record and many years of experience investing in and asset managing lodging real estate. Currently, our client serves as the advisor to two publicly traded real estate investment trusts.
This position reports directly to the Vice President of Asset Management Strategy.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cash flow analysis, return-on-investment (ROI) analysis, and financial projections for key projects
- Prepare accurate, detailed monthly and quarterly reports for the Asset Management team
- Analyze key hotel metrics
- Develop a solid working knowledge of the hotel and real estate industries
- Prepare board materials for quarterly board meetings
- Gather hotel property and market due diligence data
- Implement strategies in conjunction with other teams
- Communicate analysis insights to senior management
- Perform other projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field (engineering, finance, economics, mathematics, etc.)
- A career interest in the Real Estate or Hospitality Industry
- Proficiency working with complex Excel-based models
- Ability to build high-quality, attractive PowerPoint presentations
- Investigative and analytical curiosity and a desire to succeed
- Solid analytical skills, detail-oriented with the ability to collect, compile, and interpret data
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
- Ability to work as a team member
